VARNISH
TRASPARENT
UD 200 series is Aldehyde thermoplastic resin with a wide range of compatibility with different solvent converters, mono and bi-component. This series is used in various formulations of industrial paint compatible with nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber, alkyd, epoxy, Hydrocarbon resins and CAB.
Dispersed in a short-oil alkyd resin non-drying and non-yellowing based on saturated fatty acids, main compatibility are with short-oil alkyds, nitrocellulose, ammine resins and isocyanate adducts, acrylic resins. Aromatic-Free. Main applications are high quality industrial paints, shows a wide range of colours also with transparent iron oxides. Main use on the market are the realization of two-components spray lacquers and woodstains.
Dispersed in a blend of polymeric wetting agents is compatible with every type of water based resins, in emulsion and dispersion. The main applications for which it is recommended are decorative and industrial such as wall paints, synthetic mono component enamels, acrylic, fast drying, baking enamels, mono and two component polyurethane, epoxy paints and inks. This series is formed by 16 pastes with constant specific gravity and viscosity for use in tinting systems, combined with 6 pastes with high external fastness. This series is completed by two transparent iron oxide (red and yellow) and a transparent Brown made with a mono pigment, for the production of woodstains. Finally, this series has been implemented with a deep jetness black that allows to realize black enamels and woodstains with outstanding gloss and opacity.
LOW 800 series is a Low VOC long-oil Alkyd Resin, not inflammable (60°C < flash point < 93°C) comply with legislation UNI EN ISO 3679:2015 with no ADR. This series has a compatibility with long and medium oil alkyds, including urethanised version, linseed oil and stand-oil, blend of drying oils or not-drying oils, one or two-components in different mixture ratios. Compatible with our Low 700 series. Main applications are Formulations of paint products for parquet sector, furniture, doors and windows frame. Suitable for obtaining semi-transparent colours and colours able to give a pleasant and uniform effect to the threated article. Once dried, they can be over-painted with various finishes ( polyurethane, acrylic and water-based paints).
